LP why is it so bad this season?

Hello fellow summoners, i am currently silver 3, but that didn't come without a fight because i have stats of a plat player when i see my cs score and all that good stuff and i do play well, but that is not the point, what i want to say is that how can i go 8win 0 lost and a total of 80% win rate of 25 games yet i found my self getting less and less LP as i keep wining my games, i started from 22 lp to 16 but that's not the worst. What is tilting is that i will lose 20+ LP per lost? Now that is other BS because now i have to win 2x as much game to climb as last season i would of already been gold 1 with these stat? Can someone be clear and not Say 'It's how the system works' i'm not the only one having this issue so plz Riot Why? this confusion?!!

Lol okay when the position ranks first came the lp was at its highest then people started to cry about it for some reason and now boom lowered lp gains cause people cry

Now i had no issue with the lp gain at the start and if you took the time and read my post, i am saying that how can someone lose more LP even when they have a good win rate, and how is it possible to lose more lp than you gain ? if you can't answer to such questions don't try to go in your high horse and shame for something that i didn't mention.
