Rek'Sai and Tp

I just finished playing a game as rek sai top and took tp for the first time. I discovered you can tp to tunnels. So you have two ult......sort of. But I don't really know if its better than running ignite since its useful for picking up kills. So I wanted to see what people would say about it :P
