My ingame mouse seem to force switch itself.

Here's the quick run down to make it short as possible and quick to the point.

I am a right click, and I've always had been a right clicker on all of my games. But for some reason, league of legend, outside of the client, works perfectly fine. But when I go in games, it's all the sudden, everything I do with right click, is now left as if the ingame is saying

"Oh, you left click? we change it to left click. :D"

Please for the love of Odin, I've reinstall this game, I've went into the setting of config, deleted the two files, put the hotkey exactly as they are, and believe me, it's said MB2 on them, which is right click. But when I go in game to get the setting saved, the ingame STILL switch everything in reverse of right is now left, and left is now right. If someone has fix this issue, please tell me how. I am entirely annoyed about it at this point, been trying to fix this issue for an hour or so now.
