ADC have an impact. Marksmen (Other than the top few) are shit tier and have no impact on the game. Theres a difference.

Marksmen cannot carry a losing team. They can be carried though

If you were right, why do we see (marksmen) ADCs in 90%+ of our matches? Assassins are absent more often, tanks are, healers are, there must be something that makes people pick a comp with ADC vast majority of the time! (hint: they are still OP compared to other classes on average, just not quite as OP as before).
