Sterak's Gage cancel AD a lvl runes?

Hio all first post here normally leave tickets but idk where that is any more, was testing runes and found when i bought Sterak's Gage my ad a lvl runes seem to turn off or not work any more, idk if this is just me or a bug to be fixed test your self and see. GL on the Rift all
