Hi, i think you should add some kind of in-game app for us to check our ping (ms) before we enter and commit to a game, specially a ranked game. I still check it by creating a normal game but with that app it would be much easier for everyone, put our ping maybe next to the IP/RP values. :)

TryMucinex1 votesI think it is believed this will cause a higher demand on the server, which can lead to an overall high ping or some other connection problems. It's too much for the server when every client is pinging into the server. I don't know anything about it myself, though.

If they're pinging the server with 32 Bytes of data I doubt that's going to make a significant impact on the server's throughput.

I run this as a Batch file it pings the server and saves it in a text file

Surely the highest grossing videogame in history can allow themselves such a feature, right? Or maybe, you know, they actually don't care to enable one, wow!
