Why am i Gaining 14-16 lp and on loss i get -20 or more lp

So when i loose a game i loose 20-22 lp and when i win i get 14-16 lp. i know this is something that is supposed to happen when you are loosing towards players lower rank than you often but the thing is that i got 70% win rate on my last 20 games and i meet only gold 5 - gold 2 players and im gold 4. all my games together i got 52% win rate.

There are a lot of reasons, here are some:

You are playing against a silver occasionally (and actual rank doesn’t matter, it is the mmr of the players in your game). If the game thinks you should be in silver then you will lose a lot of lp even if you are playing golds.
It takes more than 20 games to ‘fix’ your mmr after you have 300 games played for the season.
The system does not like it when you duo and you are punished (in my experience) by having slower mmr growth on wins and more mmr loss on losses.
