lower devion impossible to carry

Today i want to discuss a really big problem that league have in lower devissions such as bronze silver and even gold.The problem is that it's impossible to climb if you dont cary your team, but not a easy carry like 6/0/0 it's impossible to carry 4 people with a stat like that.You cant even play your favourite champ and climb, because probably he can't carry.You need to play noob champs that are unballanced and broken like (veigar,nasus,master yi and others).The mach up is poor too.When I start ranked there are people who can't farm, dont have elementary knowledge about the game and feed all the time.Its impossible if you don't play with teammate so its easier to cary yourselfs out of low elo.Don't allow all users that have 30lv to play ranked.

All of those champs u listed are easily countered and not good.

and if they are such noob champs and broken, why can u not play them properly?

Dont blame everyone else for you being stuck in the easiest elos in the game currently.

Bro, if people are bad like u think, they don't ward right? go jungle, take an easy jungler as xinzhao with easy ganks, nonstop spam ganks, get 20 kills, invade the enemy jungler so he goes 0/5 so he can't gank so they play with no jungler, and then 1v5 the enemy team, as easy as that, LMAO.
