Warden Nautilus Model Problems

So I recently bought Nautilus because after playing him on free week and with the changes coming to tank junglers, I found it the perfect opportunity to learn to play him. So I buy him, as well as the Warden Nautilus skin because it look sick and get into game with him. I notice issues immediately as soon as I load into the game because he looks very pixelated and weird, despite having character detail on high. Upon further inspection, it seems that Nautilus' model takes after effect detail, and not character detail which seems really weird.Effect detail quality affects his base skin very lightly, but affects the warden nautilus skin very heavily. Unfortunately I can't run high effects quality, and this is an issue that could effect many nautilus fans. I wanted to know if this is a bug and if it were possible to fix it.
