Is the balance system broken?

Okay. This is not ranked game but I still wondering what's wrong with the game balance system.

Anyone who looks at the picture and can know this is absolutely not reasonable.

Man I'm just want to chill with friends in normals. What's wrong with it? Got the same issue playing one for all as well. Plat, gold, diamond everywhere.

But this one we got 3 unranked, my friends is not even lv30 yet. 100% lose rate for real.

Yeah I have never think about playing against them and someone said it is good to improve yourself. Isn't this a bit too difficult for us? Even if our hidden elo or mmr might be high, I can't enjoy playing this game.
