Ranked Queue Balancing

Since I've gotten into gold again for the first time in a year i have had more level 30 unranked in my games then in silver. This makes climbing very frustrating and annoying for those who take ranked seriously. The game that makes me post this goes as follows. I had 2 level 31 unranked people bot, Silver level 41 mid lane, and a level 96 gold jungle. my jungle went 1/10 my mid went 1/9 and my supp 1/9 also the only one on my team that were doing what they were supposed to was me and the adc. I went 5/5 and adc went 2/1 how do you expect people to keep climbing when there is a disgusting balancing system in this game.
