i need orange for buy skin

You could buy 1 Masterwork Chest. You will then get Orange Essence, a Champion Skin, a Ward Skin, or an Emote. Champion Skins and Ward Skins can be disenchanted into Orange Essence. Emotes, on the other hand, can only be disenchanted into Orange Essence if you already own the Emote it tried to give you.

As an alternative to buying a Masterwork Chest, Riot sometimes makes Masterwork Chests mission rewards. (However, in this case, they don't always come with a key...)

Good Luck!
