Help URF please (Ultra Rapid Fire)

I think URF should not be so slow for coming up i think everyone will want it just like last year so we can play and because everyone had such a good time last year with this game mode and there is new champions now so more people can experience this game mode in a fun way everyone liked playing there main champion sometimes it was good sometimes it was bad but it is all over youtube and we need to bring it back and not have a 200% cool down we want 80% cool down and not have are movment speed down we want it up :D and and were really good in this gamemode so i really hope we can make this community better with lots of new people wanting to try it.
