Can we please get some serious work done to address the Leavers

Look, I get people will leave in a game. I am so sick and tired of winning games and getting 12-15 points a game then losing a game because someone quits and losing 29. This is fucking stupid. If I lose because I get outplayed or something fine, I deserve the loss. But maybe half of my games in the last two weeks have been losses because someone leaves. Over time this pushes ones mmr lower and lower making the climb back out harder and harder because on top of the endless leavers, the players skill wise are worse and worse. If someone leaves and the game continues 10+ mins, (because we always get people who in a 5 -45 game insist its still winnable), can we get a match forgiven. It can be done because it has been done in other games. It is simply not fair for people to fall lower and lower to get paired with more toxic and bad players because of leavers.

So what if they get banned, they can buy unnranked lvl 30 accounts for $15-18. This needs to be addressed. Divert manpower from making skins and other pointless fluff to fixing fundamental issues in the core of the game. Its this system that is providing a market for people to keep trolling and buying more accounts either to troll or to start over because the ranked system is a broken joke.
