Who Should I Buy?
I'm torn between this decision: saving up for Kayn when he's released, or buying Camille or Kled. What do you guys think I should do when I get to 6300 IP soon?

When kayn comes out i'm sure it's gonna 8k IP so I say KLED he's very annoying xD
Kled is doing very nicely right now and his kit is a blast to harass with. You're the undying!

Mmm, Kled and Camille are very fun champions. Personally, I think I would enjoy Kled just because of his voicelines.
As for Kayn, you could save up for him, but keep in mind, as a new champion, his price would be higher the first week of release + there will be at least 2 weeks where players are going to instalock him, so you'll have to have quick fingers.
You could probably buy Kled and have enough IP for Kayn by the time he stops being instalocked / banned every game (unless he becomes Yasuo 2.0).
I want to thank all of you guys for having voted and explained and stuff so far, but I have a question: Why not Camille? lol nobody ever mentions her here, is she like really out of the meta or something like that?
