Matchmaking really?

Can someone please explain this?

Matchmaking game, 2 idiots decide to ruin the game by intentionally feeding the team and laughing about it in chat. No big deal they just admit 15 minutes into a game 6 to 10 that its over and they don't care anymore. We lose, I report them both for intentional feeding and start a new queue....

I'm flipping matched up with the same people....again...after negative reviews?

Really? just really?

No one thought maybe we should incorporate some little matchmaking scheme so that if negative reviews are filed we just might not want to play with those people again? Is this just bad odds?
