Aatrox ideas

Aatrox is kinda weak right now compared to other champions, and these changes could make him a bit more balanced maybe?

Q is faster animation, W heal scales with his missing hp W damage part scales with enemy max hp, and R gives allies attack speed if they are within a certain range.

I feel like this would help him be as balanced as the other top laners and junglers. His ult empowering allies just makes sense because in his lore it said that he inspired the people with a few words.
