ive been playing mid lane a ton and I'm kinda losing my grip so I thought I should get a new top laner and take a break, and I'm not spending very much ip for a "take a break champion" but ive narrowed it down to

personally is the choice i like, if you can get stacked enough 10k hp
Cho'gath is the better pick. Build full-tank, max e first and w second, and use your ult
with 
+ Tank items + Tank masteries and runes.
Both are really fantastic right now.
Dr Mundo is really powerful against a double mage composition. Cho'Gath seems less situational to me... He's just really well positioned in the META right now.
I been jamming a lot of Mundo in the Jungle myself :) He's been working out quite well.
They are both super cheap. Just get both.
But obviously Cho is more meta. What ELO are you. Mundo is pretty cool and I have seen him carry plenty in low ELO where people don't build GW and you just literally run around all game at full health.
