How is it that when i solo queue i can meet an enemy team with 4 players that 2 and 2 are duo and have none on my team. (i played solo). What kind of r%%%%%ed shit is that? Makes no sense at all and is really unfair.
Because Riot picked their team to be the winner so it stacked them on one team to boost them. Chances are your team also had a afker/ Int feeder to seal the deal.
What 5050BS says is actually quite true, there is no way to perfectly balance the teams out against each-other so one team will be given the edge team member wise. if you find yourself playing on blue side more than red side you are likely on the team with the lesser players as you either had some sort of winning streak or you are indeed the lesser player in the team.
This is sadly how it has been for quite a few years, i went 9/1 in placements and proceeded to get team after team of afks, leavers, feeders, trolls, and people who rather type than play, and in some matches i was soo tilted i was the worst of the bunch. I have legit been matched against people way above my rank just because i had a good placements session this year.
Now Riot plans to get rid of these boards making it harder for people to relay these issues to them and people who don't use twitter (me) or Reddit (me) don't WANT to be in their discord (again me) will have an even harder time finding people to play with .
this wouldn't be a problem if they just made it solo Q, not duo Q. It artificially inflates rank for people. Here is the perfect example:
My friend and his GF play this game. He has been playing since season 2 or 3 and is a masters+ jungle player. I think he would be challenger if he played a tad more but he constantly deranks due to decay from working. Last season he and his GF made accounts with similar names showing they were duo. She played 900 games in season 8 to be gold 4. Last season she played 700 games to be gold 4 on her solo account. On her duo account she is Diamond 4 last season and this season. Her solo account is silver 1 currently with 100 games and a 50% win rate (51-49).
Does she deserve to be diamond? No but that is the power of duo Q.
