AP Zilean (Rant, no h8 pls)

So I just played a game against a team with a Draven and full AP Zilean and honestly it was the MOST tilting thing ever. This Zilean had full AP and 30% cd reduction so had his ult up every 40 seconds and every time he revived someone they had full hp. And of course, he ulted Draven every single time. Like what's the point in focusing Draven anymore? Even if we kill him, he respawns with full health. I know that we have GA as an item but GA has a 300 cd and it only gives have health. Draven was getting revived to full health in EVERY fight and honestly that is so fucking broken. Even if we tried to focus Zilean, Draven would just burst us down in the matter of a few seconds. I know that I'm complaining about one of the most broken ADCs right now but this can go for most ADCs atm. Sorry if you don't agree with my opinion but I just wanted to get this out.
