He's buildpath for Duskblade + new AP assassin item begging for itself

Good evening dear all,

After all the changes and reworks few things kinda dont make too much sense :

1. that duskblade and ghostblade have same buildpath
2. AP builds don't have same very strong vision counter that duskblade provides
3. Changes on support and jg items and stealth make vision ever more crucial 3a. And there is no easy way to counter vision early on with an item that builds into something

Now therefore yours truly humbly proposes to introduce an item available earlier in game, say called Quinlan's Eyeball, that would provide some of the passive from duskblade - probably the vision but not the damage and said item would then build into either a) Duskblade of Draktharr Or b) Thummim of Draktharr (?) Providing some AP and secondary stat (HP, MS, pen) that would suit AP assassin and such playstyles But both providing the passive currently available from duskblade alone.

The abrogation of AD Evelynn and other late changes in game make some teams less susceptible to vision / counter vision then others and it would be good for balance, IMHO, if that wasn't determined solely by the AP/AD.
