Work on the very basics , play easy champions,and look to improve each game and you will get better. Swap olaf for malphite top and junlge.
You should be looking up the most optimal masteries for the champs that you play. I'd also like to give you a goal of dying only 3 times a game, but that doesn't mean don't help your team in a teamfight. And when you're jungling, please take strength of the ages.
The best advice I ever received was, don't play to win, play to get better and the wins will happen.
From the glance I took ( working at the moment so I have to use mobile ), I would definitely say focus on lowering your death count, improving your cs, and ward more. I'm not sure where your deaths come from since I haven't been in or watched a game of yours, so I can't say for sure if it's a product of the lower ward numbers. In your first recall in top, you can always buy a pink and drop it in the river brush or tri depending on what side you're on. It will help a lot against enemy junglers.
Since you play Olaf it's probably hard to not want to scrap a lot in lane, but you shouldn't do it if your cs will suffer for it. Try to only pick your fights when you won't lose cs, even better if you can fight when they will have to lose cs to fight back. Kills are great, but cs is king for making your gold.
I would also say expand your champion pool whenever possible. If you like Olaf, Nasus, and Udyr - perhaps pick up a Darius / Malphite / Cho'Gath / Renekton type of champion. All beefy guys that build damage and tank items and are generally pretty solid. It's hard for me to comment on junglers since it's not my thing, sorry about that.
Go to champion.gg , Use the stats and charts to help you improve with builds/masteries/skill priority.
Know the counters if you are laner. Try to hard counter always, make your lane easy, get easy kills. Like Olaf into Poppy, so easy.
So you are playing mainly jungle and I saw a bunch of Udyr games in your history, that's why I will focus on these games.
Your creep-score is too low. You need to find a proper jungle route and you need to complete at least one rune page. Your masteries are also not that good, try to have one page which you adjust before every game, so you will get used to them. Try to watch trick2g, he mains Udyr and with his play style you can improve really fast. You also need think about which item you will buy next. For me it looks like you have one standard build. No adjustments for special cases. The same build over and over again. I don't want to say you have to build complete different items every game, you just have to adapt to the circumstances. For example, in your match history is a game where you played Udyr against a team consisting of Trundle, Zed, an adc and Yi. If this is the case, don't you ever get an iceborn gauntlet over the frozen heart. Frozen heart doesn't help against Yi but it helps against all of the other champions they had.
You also can't try to splitpush every game. It's just not possible.
