Leblanc, Balanced or Broken?

So after the changes made to Leblanc were reverted, I had the pleasure of playing against her again. During these games there were times I felt like I wasn't able to do anything against her. For example me being the idiot I tend to be, I forgot about how Leblanc can cast Q during W so it would land before, and you would get the burst off fairly quickly. The only issue I have with this is it's slightly annoying because they can just hold onto these 2 abilities and zone you off creeps, unless you want to walk up and get poked out of lane. All in all though that's not that bad you just need to play the lane safe and watch for her trying to walk up. However there is one thing I do have an issue with in her kit, that being her current e. The initial spell cast I have no problem with, it's simply the radius of the chain after you land it that I have a problem with. The range of the radius is 925 units so if i'm playing an immobile champion and Leblanc hit a point blank E on me I would have to flash twice in order to almost get out of it. I honestly feel that she is the best if not one of the best AP assassins in the game maybe a little to strong (depending on who's playing her), and just wanted to see how other people felt about playing as or against her.

They reworked her for a reason. Riot forgot why because its all new brainless (I know how to fix this) employees.

Yeah they reworked her for a reason and they reverted her for a reason too you dummy. The revert was obviously a lot more managable for Riot to deal with than her rework. She is obviously gonna get a VGU sooner or later.

The rework gave LB a lot of options and you really didn't have to do much to be strong. Wave clearing is fast as well.

Yea Dummy, If this is the 1st time you ever go on the board then you never saw how many players complained about the Reworked Leblanc, Riot gathered all the frustration of all the LB Players and reverted the rework because it was deemed as a failed rework. Next time surf on the board and actually understand the champion situation before writing comments, Getting point and click for 900 aka Crit adc was deemed as acceptable then so is Leblanc. Especially in a Meta where support has more impacts and can actually protect the ADC.

This champion is so broken it’s ridiculous. Throw her and Zoe in the trashcan

At least Zoe has some form of counter play. (just play talon or yasuo or similar)

The mage rework LB was pretty op with her passive proc. It did so much damage that a good combo was enough to kill or push a few laners out and she practically scared anyone who hopped near a bush. Heck you could even build a tankish LB and that could still do a lot of damage during mage rework LB.

leblanc in general is kind of unhealthy IMO, ive played her on a smurf both pre and post revert, and I can say yeah shes kind of busted, because she can always just proc electrocute in one rotation at level 2, but because her w is a blink back, its impossible to retaliate in most situations
