The dropping of key fragment
In the recent 4 weeks I have play lol all day, but I don't receive a key fragment at all. I used to get key fragment very often, but 4 weeks ago even I got a S or S- I got nothing. So could Riot help me with this issue??

Friendly Ram1 voteskey fragments reset once a month on an account basis. you are softcapped at 16 but can earn more than that occasionally.
