All champs in prac tool?
TBH- I think that all the champions should be on the practice tool. For Example, I really got a hang on lee but i couldn't practice on him because i didn't have him. This will definitely improve people's level on specific champs.
when she was on free rotation and really liked her. I lost interest because I couldn't practice her after the new rotation came out due to how low I was on IP.
