Qiyana not purchasable

Hi fellow players, This has been brought to my attention once before as the BA skins were released. I understand that sometimes thing that are released cannot be purchased right away because they are buggy or something similar, but a champ? Really? I am certain many people have been very excited about her, me among them, and riot has not "unlocked" her? I get this is a big change and I only have one question, when will I be able to buy her?

The Patch with Qiyana has yet to be released(the patch will be released at 3:00 AM PST, and Servers will be back up around 6:00 AM PST) usually the champ will be able to be purchased then, sometimes the champ gets released during the patch cycle.

EDIT: I see that you are in EUW, I have looked up that info and it says the patch will be released 5:00 UK Time I do not know about anything else though.

It's the 28th June. Still nothing! Almost 6am here in the UK. We are GMT+1 (Ps. I know people in America have different time zones, but in technical terms, ALL time zones are under GREENWICH MEAN TIME. Yes, your time is ruled by England!) lol

It literally tells you in the patch notes....She will be available on the 28th of June.

The patch notes actually stated Quiana, Arcade Caitlyn, Arcade Kai'Sa, Battle boss Quiana, Battle boss Yauso and Arcade Caitlyn prestige edition will be available 28th June. I believe the patch time for that is usually around 3pm GMT. As for why this content is not available in the actual patch i'm not sure. All I know is that they release the patch and then roll the other stuff out with a hotfix patch later on. RIOT have always used this method in releasing new champs and skins.

im here on eune its 19:15 on the 28th of june and guess fookin wot m8 she aint purchasable yet soo you were wrong , here is the part where a video should be posted of me looking at the patch notes seeing it say the 28th is when she is purchasable and then trying to, ultimately failing, and a jontron reaction gif should be added in of that time he had a look in his face saying: are you kidding?

Mate, you've been playing League for at least 1 year. You should know this by now. Champions are unlocked a few days into the patch, not on patch day.

She'll probably be available by Friday.

this is regular dude, new patch comes out then you gotta wait a little extra for the champ to be released for real. iunno why folks are trying to incite some sort of systemic crisis on rito cause of it, i just wanna play qiyana no more than i wanted to play yuumi.

If you're talking about the PBE, this is most likely a bug, but in the live game Qiyana hasn't been released yet. She comes out tomorrow with patch 9.13.

Exactly because I have been waiting and preparing for her and you mean to tell me they releasing her in 2 days after the patch is released they had 3 weeks to fix her and do what ever to her and yet they gonna tease us by adding 2 more days to wait for her now that's just messed up they messing with my emotions and I'm mad 😠
