Is lux still a viable support?

reasons:

1. Her snare can still hit you through minions or it can snare both support and ADC
2. Her E: AOE slow, then can be popped to do some more damage + add a passive to pop for more damage. It also grants vision (so it could be used to give vision in bushes in fight, scouting to see if any enemies are waiting in that bush, etc.)
3. her shield: shields from any damage source, can be applied twice effectively preventing almost all damage from a trade.
4. her ult can be used to secure kills, or provide a good amount of burst
5. she transforms just as well as morgana and zyra as a late game semi apc.
