IP to gain RP

I'm not sure if I'm putting this in the right spot, so if I need to move it please let me know :)

So I had this idea. Since I no longer have anything to spend IP on I was trying to figure out something that might appeal to the community. Maybe after gaining a lot of IP, say 10,000. It grants you 100 RP. So basically 100 RP for every 10K IP. It's like a small donation to players saying, "Thanks for spending so much time playing our game

I love this idea. Seeing as how I don't really like spending money I cannot use... hence bills etc. I mean I'd love to buy some rp and support riot to the best of my ability, but ya know some of us(including the players who cannot get a job-young ones) would like to have the ability to earn it in some way..
