Anyone else having issues with input commands not going through sometimes?

This is a pretty new occurrence, but lately sometimes the buttons I push just don't go through. Sometimes its summoner spells, abilities, even active item abilities. I have it set where I can see my ping, and its not happening during ping spikes, it's just randomly happening. When it happened once or twice, I though maybe I misclicked or something, But its happened quite a few times now, and its happened at times where I am looking at my ability toolbar and can see that it is not on cooldown, nor did it just barely come off of cooldown.

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing anything similar. I get that this could 100% be my internet, but Ive had the same internet for a while now, and this is a new issue.
