qualifying for ranked

I'm probably not the only one here who thinks this but I believe that people should have to meet some sort of different goal to play ranked. Just letting any asshole who reaches level 30 play ranked isn't a good solution. I'm not the best player in the world I am fully aware of that but I'll never get there if I'm stuck in silver forever. I really don't have a solid answer for this maybe at least 500 normal wins plus in your provisional you need to win everyone. Sounds harsh but it is possible. Because getting stuck in a game where I go 24/3 adc and I lose because my team has no idea how to rotate/ get objectives and get kills. All everyone does in bronze/silver (because they are basically the same place) is chase down kills feed in the jung/not know even how to gank and nobody can play support or everyone feels they are to good to play support. It's ridiculous how many people don't understand the concept of "team work" in this game. Now I love this game I've been playing for years I probably wont stop regardless of what ever comes in the future whether they fix ranked or not but I would really love it if riot and the players could come up with a more fair way to make it a little bit more difficult for people to play ranked. Also side note I believe you should play pros to teach people how to play like you should have video links and or actual pros come on at certain times and literally play with people to show them what should be done or not done. Just my thoughts love to hear what people think.

Had another thought what if you made ranked also more like team builder where you can pick maybe your pref 2 roles so then when you get into a room with others I literally only allows you to play that role you get and those champs meant for that role.
