seriously, garbage in ever elo, no matter who plays him. He has a 43% win rate, and you waste resouces to give him a skin? arguably the worst champ in the game gets a skin with no buffs and now retards are taking him into ranked to try the new skin. I think its pretty much common sense by now that this champ is garbage, why give him a skin without buffs? garen got a buff he didnt even need and then got a skin. Riot why do you leave champs in the dust like this?

It's called they make skins with themes to them. They don't always care about play rate, win rate or ban rate when making skins.
Azir isnt a bad champion, and the skin does look nice.

He's actually sorta back in the meta.. and also you don't have to give skins to only meta champs. Pretty dumb logic.
