I would really love if Riot would pay attention the lower elos of ranked. I'm sick of ranked when I'm queueing up and I play super well or decently well at least, but my team always throws as I'm trying to carry. So please, Riot, relook the ranked matchups.

-your cs as adc in cs/min: 138cs/29min; 63cs/20min; 344cs/47min; 214cs/42min; 190cs/32min (the last 3 are somewhat ok for your rank)
doesn't really look like you're carrying or playing well all the time.
