Can this feature be added? Please? This would reduce toxicity and bad games by like 50% easily.

We have all had to deal with people during champ select who are toxic for no reason. They will just say "gonna feed", "had a bad last game gonna feed", "mid or feed", insta-locking, you name it. There are so many players who are ready to ruin the game at champ select and the other 4 players are punished for this as well. How are the players who aren't trolling punished? The 4 players have 2 options: dodge the queue and lose ip and temporary ban for 6 min before they can queue up again OR stay for 20 min and ff and lose anyways. Either way those players are screwed, what if you are in your promo and someone picks cleanse and clairvoyance teemo and says feed and never goes top and feeds every other lane and takes all of your jungler's farm? (actually happened). These players won't listen to anything, even when you tell them they can do whatever role they want, just don't troll. Isn't that very punishing for just regular players who wanna win?

Here is MY SOLUTION: how about we add a kick function during champion select? the other 4players can vote to kick the other one out if they decide that player will ruin the game. Sure the queue time will be longer.. but I rather have a 5 min long queue than a troll.. it compensates for me having to dodge for and wait 6 minutes anyways.

TL:DR: RIOT PLEASE ADD A KICK BUTTON AT CHAMP SELECT.
