When do we get more than 3 runes pages?
And what are these "Presset Pages" that nobody uses? Why are they here when we can make our own runes?

You get more than 3 rune pages when you buy them with either BE or RP. You will get one of the preset rune pages for you champion if you fail to save your runes while editing them, that's why they're there.
You get more than 3 once you buy the extra pages.
Presets are there to try some if you don't have time to change your page to something you want.

Preset pages are great. I use them all the time when I play ARAM and they work fine. One of the best things about this new system. There is a preset page that works with every role.
After the changes I had 14 rune pages and bought a 15th. I still want more because there are so many combinations for different champs. Luckily changing pages is really easy, though I haven't checked if you can do it during champ select. As long as you have an idea on who you are using and know what build you want, shouldn't be difficult to have an open page to edit that doesn't belong to your main.
