change ranked

do a soloQ ranked where you play 1v1. because im so tired of silver 4. i win a game then my team lose the next game and i win the other game aso. its annoying and silver 4 is full of trolls/flamers/feeders. i have not been guilty of one lost game its always been my flaming team. cant you make a 1v1 ranked mode so i can show my real plays without having 4 others feed?
