In literally any and every one of the games i play against(or with) Te emo I see that he is ridiculously overpowered. Myself as Vi and my ally as Jinx VS Malphite and Te emo bottom lane. We put up a fight against them very well. Malphite was doing aweful to the point Jinx and I were actually becoming quite fed, during this time Te emo hadnt died much and hadnt gotten many kills either. By the time he reached level 8 he was unstoppable, without being fed at all and against 2 fed champions he kills us both like it was nothing. By Jinx simply stepping on a mushroom he was able to kill her in 2 more shots, then moved onto me, lowered my HP to the point I felt i should flee. So I used my Q to get away quickly, but with the poison he injected me with and an ignite i died almost instantly. This Riot, is in LITERALLY EVERY GAME, that an unfed Te emo can be just ridiculously unfair. And so I ask for you to please nerf some of his Poison abilities, not insanely of course, but enough to make it FAIR. Thanks.

You're level 18 i feel you have no say in the matter of who can get nerfed or buffed. Just go and look at your game here http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/1680685461/222301213?tab=overview and review the game again. First thing is that trynd was more fed than teemo. Second thing is that you, as vi, built AD instead of tank. No champion is broken in league unless riot f*cks up in a patch but it's normally fixed soon. A champion is only OP when they are far more ahead than you are. Basically what happened is you and your friend underestimated teemo's damage and died because of it. You then got mad at "how broken he was" and continued to do bad. This is what i think happened based on what you said and the match details.

No, Teemo hasn't been changed because Riot doesn't even know what to do with him, despite a belief that he desperately needs a rework. But I agree with everything else.

No teemo hasn't been changed because there are much better carries than him and not many people play him in higher ranks. He hasn't been changed because he doesn't need to be.

You mean other than his low interactivity (and outdated) kit that gives him literally everything he needs in exchange for being squishy (which isn't a weakness)? There are better carries, and he's not really seen at all in ranked (I don't see him much in low ELO either), which makes him low priority, especially compared to Yorick or Urgot or Poppy. But his kit needs a retooling badly, Riot's admitted it in the past. They also said they don't know what to do with it because it's so badly designed.

Yes he doesn't need to be nerfed or buffed because he isn't a priority to riot at the moment. But knowing riot they probably have no priorities right now. MORE SKINS!

Okay but you have to understand, I was easily destroying Tryndamere even though he was fed. This UNFED Teemo was still destroying me(and others) while i was having no problems at all with the fed Tryndamere.

Teemo's more than likely going to see buffs before they nerf him. He's really bad right now, but everyone has this idea he's Satan so no one wants him actually balanced. They want him intentionally weak.
