Teemo Nerf

In literally any and every one of the games i play against(or with) Te emo I see that he is ridiculously overpowered. Myself as Vi and my ally as Jinx VS Malphite and Te emo bottom lane. We put up a fight against them very well. Malphite was doing aweful to the point Jinx and I were actually becoming quite fed, during this time Te emo hadnt died much and hadnt gotten many kills either. By the time he reached level 8 he was unstoppable, without being fed at all and against 2 fed champions he kills us both like it was nothing. By Jinx simply stepping on a mushroom he was able to kill her in 2 more shots, then moved onto me, lowered my HP to the point I felt i should flee. So I used my Q to get away quickly, but with the poison he injected me with and an ignite i died almost instantly. This Riot, is in LITERALLY EVERY GAME, that an unfed Te emo can be just ridiculously unfair. And so I ask for you to please nerf some of his Poison abilities, not insanely of course, but enough to make it FAIR. Thanks.
