So i have been playing a lot of league these weeks, and i have gotten 4 chest, and I have still no gotten any key fragment since 3 weeks ago, and I have been stomping a lot of my game, getting score like 20/2/15, and still no key fragment, and I have a friend who is duoing with me, and he is getting a lot of key fragments, what the hell.

I have 0 chests and a dozen key fragments. At least key frags are obtainable with good mastery grades and wins. You have to wait for chests to be available.

I have 5 keys and no chests. Chests are so randomly accessible. Especially since I am just stockpiling keys.
