Current Status of Mordekaiser (Can we get a revert?)

Disclaimer: I'm gonna come off as mad and will rant because of that.

Mordekaiser was my favorite champion prior to August when they chopped off his balls and served him up as a hot new flavor of the month botlane that get this....CAN CONTROL DRAGON!!! So many things have happened to him that it's silly. The changes just seem poorly thought out and now that season six is coming, I am without a champion I feel truly compelled to play as much as I did Mordekaiser.

The changes were rebalanced so so many times, and the concept of having a dragon isn't so cool anymore when it moves super slow. Not only that, Morde himself is already slower than he was before the changes. Not only that, his e now roots him in place in order to use it. On top of that, his kit revolves around him being able to stay on opponents long enough to deal damage. The issue with that is his w relies on allies other friendly champions to use. Then they increased the shield decay rate which made it even worse. You'd either have too much shield or not enough. OH, and let me mention too that they're changing it so that he can again use it on minions. Wasn't the whole point of this to move him to the botlane? I mean, it's not like his kit was fit to face the super powerful mages and juggernauts now in other lanes, so he was moved bot. Is this change they're making to him no different than how he was in the first place? The W XP thing is a cool gimmick for duo lane, but there are 5 roles available in this game: ADC, support, top, mid, and jungle. Only two of those are duo, and it's most efficient to be adc so you can get all of the exp out of it. I remember it really not being that hard to play bot lane before and the changes now have made it certainlyT easier.

I loved how everything in the old morde's kit revolved around what you built and how you played instead of how well your ally does. The changes they're making next patch will still leave him weaker than he was prior to the first changes. He's more susceptible to ganks than ever, and his whole kit just seems so wishy washy for anywhere else other than bot lane. You have to stop to use your e, you have lower ms, your e gives you less shield from minions your q takes 3 hits to only get 6x the damage down from 9x, and your build options are almost overwhelming because it's hybrid and if you want a better shield you need more health.

I like to refer back to this post because in order to buffer his weaknesses, it's almost mandatory to play him bot to be at his best, and there he gets either camped or kited by the super powerful adcs. I am hopeful that Riot will consider changing morde to how he was pre-rework.
