How can I demote faster?

A month ago I lost 10 games in a row. I just had a bad streak and most of my games I had afk's. I just couldn't win. Since then I have won only 12-13 LP per game while losing 25. I was demoted to gold, then climbed back up to plat winning only 12 points per game then demoted to gold again, gold2, gold 3, climbed to gold 1, demoted to gold 2, climbed to gold 1 and again in gold 2. I figured the only way my mmr will improve and I can start getting more than 12 LP per win was to get to gold 5 or even silver and to gain 25 LP again and climb fast. How can I do that?

Even if I lose intentionally, riot keeps me at 0 points on every division for 5 games. I have to lose an insane amount of games to get to silver. Is there any way any of this can go faster?

When you win 12 points per game and lose 25 you'll do the same thing.
