Where are the project skins?

I now have waited almost four weeks for Katarina, Ashe, and Ekko project skin. I thought the release patch was 6.15, I am confused when the project skins are going to be released. When are the project skins going to be released?

They will be released later during the patch. They never come out on the day of the patch. Usually you will see skins released on a Tuesday or a Thursday (today), but since nothing has come from today it will most likely be by next Tuesday.
