Ever since these new Advanced bots came out, i haven't had a single toxic game. I guess not being able to get wound up by the enemy all chat really does wonders.

they are just trying to show you that you should mute all enemies at the start of the game, or turn off all chat

Maybe this was more than an april fools joke, and they're also using this to test if all chat is healthy for the game.
