soo i was looking to gank enemy laner illaoi and yup it was going pretty good since she had no flash but then suddenly she ults misses q missed e lands w (if she missed that i d be done with this game) and yup i see many tentacles coming on me try dodge some but hmm lets say you cant dodge 3 coming all from different directions soo she picks up a double kill just for pressing w and auto atacking minions while waiting w to come up again ... sooo she needs a balance? no dude lets buff her people dont play her a lot soo i dont know if we nerf her peoples with 1 finger will be complaining that means we have no other choice (Mike roll da machine lets buff da crazy octopusssy and make her uncounterable no matter what you do) (hahah Josh that reminds of Nasus heh fun times you remember those days where you just build full tank and did damage only cause you killed minions in lane hahahaha well yup lets make Illaoi like that she can build pure tank and deal more damage than your midlaner veigar with 2k ability power on an adc with a point click well at least there you can buy zhonya am i right :DD) (Well yeah Mike you are a genious now stop talking time to work buff da sh*t till the computer says error too broken to be released heheheh)

Yeah I hate illaoi too. When I used to play toplane a lot I would always smash her. Then 20 mins later she could come into a teamfight and kill everything. I'm sure there's some way to counter it and make her useless but I'm too Bronze to figure it out

Uh, if she missed E and W both, her tentacles wouldn't have hit you. Her ult only makes the tentacles. Her E makes a Spirit which all tentacles automatically attack once. Her W commands her tentacles to attack whoever she hit.

Stop whining and learn how to play against her. It was your fault and your laner's fault you got yourself and your laner killed in that situation. You shouldn't have been fighting inside her ult in the first place.

well thats the point w the only spell she didnt miss cause thats fking impossible only if u re trolling and you click on a minion you can miss that.. and well if you get hit by her ult your choices are: die while running or expect some miracle that she will think she cant kill you and flash away well every illlaoi i ve seen has been doing sh*t in lane or too good but the ending its always the same she is like darius at teamfights tank but her kit allows you to deal a lot of damage and not just like a darius that at least has to stack to do the maximum damage tha bitch all she has to do is flash ult w (an ally has been slain) (enemy double kill) (enemy triple kill) (enemy quadra kill) (enemy PENTAKILL) (gg surr this bitch is busted)

Or no, just split up in different directions and walk away from the pit, not into the pit to keep fighting her. To hit someone with tentacles, she needs to hit her W which both has a travel time and a travel time for the tentacle itself. Said tentacles also stay in a fixed position.

If you all split up in different directions, she can't hit every person obviously. And if you walk away and to the outside, you will no longer have tentacles collapsing INWARDS towards you. They will be swinging at one direction. Meaning the ones at the sides or back of the pit will be too far away to hit you.

She's not busted. People just don't know how to play against her and insist on staying inside her ult pit for whatever dumb reason and not CCing her.

Why did she have 3 tentacles without using her ult? If she used her ult, why didn't you cc her or back off when she does a giant jumping animation that tells you "do not fight her now or you will die"?
