Quality of life change for Draft Mode

Is it Possible to code in during champ select when its your ban turn or pick turn for the champion window to pop-up and close you masteries window. Seen many unintentional "dodges" (I am also a culprit) due to changing masteries for counter picking or to better my lane match-up since i can choose my champ before its my turn and may see eney laner first. May it be pop up like how when the AFK check window pops the client infront of other windows. Would really help alot of players I believe. [slayer-jinx-catface]
