Ip and ip boost

Honestly for me it takes 2-3 weeks to buy a 6300 champion if not more (And most of the time I'm not even that good with them) I think ip boost such as the group boost one or maybe special game types that are limited that give you bonus ip but whatever type of boost I think they should happen more often. I'm not saying every week but maybe once every two months or so
