So when clepto got deleted I thought Conqueror would take the lead as a main rune on Ezreal 
but in the pro scene and high elo they use Lethal Tempo,
Can someone explain me why Lethal Tempo is better than Conqueror?

It just synergizes with his passive yo
His passive, which offers attack speed, got buffed. Conq got nerfed on ranged. Lethal Tempo offers better laning in the form of pushing power (Q-> AA push wave) and it comes online much faster than Conq, basically all you have to do is hit anything on them and after a short delay it goes off. The late damage Conq adds (about 30 ad and that's super late) is insignificant next to the extra autoattacks your lethal tempo can allow you to weave in at a point in the game when your ad is already really high. Bottom line is LT fills the weaknesses of Ez, and the dead time between his ability cooldowns better than Conq. And imo conq isn't even second best, that would be PTA.
Lethal Tempo wasn't very good until his recent buffs which increased his scaling attack speed.
With Lethal Tempo + Beserker Greaves + Passive + Triforce + BotRK + per level AS you actually get really high attack speed and insane DPS. Also people have been taking Legend Bloodline on him now.
