Who should I one trick?

I play top and jungle and dont know who I should one trick. I want someone who is challenging at first.

Pick a champion whose kit you like.

Nidalee is pretty fun if you get good with her. Probably the hardest Jungler to master. She doesn't see play anywhere else though.

If you want a champion that can be flexed into different roles, then Gragas might be your champion. He doesn't see play Top, but he has good stats as a solo laner in Mid, so he can probably work Top too.

It's all up to who you enjoy, but top and jungle? I'd say Poppy. You've got the name for it already, too

Volibear can do both roles good because hes a hard to kill tank and does INSANE dmg. also hes a bear that uses lightning so thats cool.

Ekko! No one plays him, riot ignores him, his kit is fine, better than most junglers and more fun.

You shouldn't. One tricking is a terrible idea. Not only do you need multiple champs ready for this role, you need multiple champs ready for all roles.
