What happened to that unlimited power

In my opinion, not saying I'm great or anything, but I've noticed it's more difficult to lane with . Early game is completely passive which won't do anyone much good if you need jg or gank support in order for you even to be decent in late game. The damage that helped her was the dfg, but now that it is removed all her burst went away! now we have a passive, slight burst, and squishy champ... and she is THE BAE :( (again just my opinion)

Wasn't it her that should have awesome power? Why cage it up again?

honestly Id love some context from a red on these nerfs. I mean, shes a high Skillcap** IMMOBILE** Mage. All you need is a lee, J4, or Reksai and she is completely useless after 1-2 ganks. the DFG removal hurt her even more. and I heard that they won't be buffing her for it. Hell I fear that riot will lower her W damage because people take that first now on her. I can see why she would rise again to power with assassins being somewhat shoved out of LCS, but she has a completely abysmal win rate. Slightly over 40%. Edit: after checking the wiki her stun is a pretty short duration considering whats needed to pull it off and how hard it is to hit.
