People say runes need to be updated/price dropped

But i think the system needs a complete overhaul, i think it needs to be deleted and replace it with something much more new player friendly that doesnt make it a requirement to have 100+ hours of grind just to have 2 complete pages, and thats after you get level 30. Thoughts?

Runes overpriced. They need to make them cost less but maybe increase rune page cost to offset. They are still a business.
