Dash/jump. (headbutt a minion) (if next to a structure) (if you count hooking to a minion/monster)

Not all of these are thought to be in a situation where you are aiming at this specific champ but where you are maybe trying to Q a teamate of theirs.

People who can avoid it or stun it. (ult) (ult) (if moonfall stop the q, unsure myself) (only with W) (ult) (ult) (mega) (ult) (ult) (only unburrow) (box) (ult) (ult) (ult) (unsure if his ult does) (ult) (ult) (ult)

Urgot's ult is a suppress so I see no reason why it wouldn't.

You forget that certain champions such as Janna can just... walk out of it... XD

What you seem to forget is that for most of them, you can see their animation beginning and trigger your Q at that moment, and actually make them waste their cooldown. Especially true for a lot of toplaner that Sion typically fight against: J4, Wukong, Shen, Garen, ...

I'd agree that some dashes are too fast to react too (LeBlanc), but even that, you can guess when she'll dash and try and mindgame her.

Never said you cant see all their animations, just saying they can get out. you may being aiming at 3-4 people, I'd rather land a stun on 3 than a slow on 4
