I'm creating a build for Kindred jungle (my main) as well as looking to advance my knowledge in items and I'm wondering when things the BOTRK 
or Youmuu's 
would be purchased. For example, a description for what scenario the BOTRK should be purchased in would be great etc etc!

I am no pro so take this with a grain of salt.
I enjoy Kindred a lot and I don't build Bork anymore. Cutlass is at 1650g for 25ad, meanwhile BF exists for 1300g since season6. That's pretty damn expensive for what it does. plus, the %damage of the passive got nerfed. So yeah, I prefer Youmuus pretty much in every situation.
Bork is great against high health targets. The more the enemy team has, the better it becomes. Not to mention its almost always a really good item on kindred b/c she has built in max %hp dmg from getting stacks of her passive. Yommuus is great for increasing burst and dueling potential for a short period of time, along with engaging/disengaging from enemies. Triforce is also really good on kindred. When she activates her W she gets a huge decrease in her Q cooldown which allows her to spam it...creating more frequent triforce procs. Triforce is better against squishy-medium health targets rather than tanks. It falls off late game when tanks get extremely tanky
